Co-founder and managing partner Carolyn Tierney began her career at FDSI Consulting as an account manager. During her tenure she became President of FDSI Consulting and was a moving force in the company’s growth from 10 to 400 high-technology professionals in the Northwest. After the consolidation of FDSI Consulting into Cotelligent, Carolyn became Executive Vice President, responsible for its professional staffing business across the U.S., which consisted of nearly 3,000 consultants.

A Washington state native, Carolyn graduated from the University of Washington, where she also attended the Business Management program. She is a member of the TechServe Alliance and an avid Husky fan.
